- Chop and sliced all veggies.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan; add chopped onion, spring onion white, celery, crushed garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced carrot, red bell pepper, green beans, and cook for 1 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, Bokchoy, spring onion, snow peas, broccoli florets, red cabbage and mix well.
- Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and serve piping hot
Quick Tips:
- Feel free to use any combination of your favorite veggie as per availability. Cabbage, cauliflower, potato, leek, spinach, spinach, tofu can be other options.
