Mango-Tomato Salsa




"I love Salsa and it’s just one of the best snacks in the world. Dips are always awesome but Salsa is fresh, healthy, and simply delicious snack. Mango-Tomato salsa is super easy recipe to prepare. This colorful dish is sweet, tangy, spicy and full flavors and goes very well with chips, tacos or serves as a salad itself."

Ingredients:

Ripe Mangoes, peeled, pitted, chunked
2 Large

Tomatoes, chopped
2 Large
3.
Red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup
4.
Onion, chopped
1/3 cup
5.
Coriander, chopped
1/3 cup
6.
Garlic, minced
1 Tsp.
7.
Jalapeno, seeded, chopped
1
8.
Lime or Lemon Juice
1
9.
Salt
To taste

  1. Chopped tomato, red bell pepper, onion, coriander, and jalapeno. Chop mangoes into chunks and mince the garlic. 
  2. Place all the chopped, minced and chunked ingredients in a big bowl and mix.
  3. Squeeze on the lime juice from 1 lime and sprinkle a generous pinch of salt; mix well
  4. Taste and add more salt or lime juice if required.
  5. Cover, and allow to rest at least 30 minutes or longer before serving.
Quick Tips
  1. Store leftover salsa in the refrigerator, covered, for few days. You will be amazed to have more flavorful and best fresh salsa.
  2. The best part is you can slightly change up the ingredient list and create your own salsa with different flavor combinations.
