Basil Pesto Sauce

Exotic to the core, this recipe combines large quantities of fresh basil, pine nuts with a dash of olive oil and garlic, resulting in an intense flavored and rich texture Pesto Sauce. Sound really yummy, so let’s get started making your own pesto sauce from the scratch.

Fresh basil leaves, rinsed
30-40 pc
Pine nuts
3 Tbsp.
Garlic, roughly chopped
3 large clove
Ground black pepper
½ Tsp.
Extra virgin olive oil
6 Tbsp.
Grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup
Kosher salt
To taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients except cheese and olive oil and blend in a mixer to a paste.
  2. Add oil and chees, run mixer one more time until everything incorporates very well.
  3. Use immediately or refrigerate for later use

Quick Tips
  1. You can use walnuts replacing pine nuts or in 1:1 ratio of total quantity.
  2. For later use you can freeze the sauce in ice cube tray.
