Cream Cheese Frosting





 "Cream cheese frosting is a very delicious delight atop cupcakes, cakes or cookies and more! This is very quick and wonderfully creamy frosting done in no time."

Ingredients:
1.
Cream cheese, at room temperature
1 package/8 ounce
2.
Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
1 stick or ½ cup
3.
Icing sugar
1 Cup.
4.
Vanilla essence
1 Tsp

  1. In a mixing bowl using a rubber spatula, soften cream cheese with butter. Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and well blended.
  2. Gradually add sugar and vanilla essence, beating at low speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Refrigerate for after use. 
Quick Tips:
  1. If you want chocolate frosting, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup cocoa, according to how rich you want it.
  2. Refrigerated frosting turns hard for icing, so bring it out to room temperature before using again.
  3. It makes 12 cupcakes or one 9" cake
