- Place the cream cheese in bowl and softened it with using spatula. keep aside.
- In a big bowl pour the heavy whipping cream and whisk on medium-high speed until it just starts to thicken.
- Add softened cream cheese and mix using spatula.
- Slow the speed down to medium and gradually pour in the sugar and vanilla essence, continue to whisk until soft peaks form.
- Your cream is done when it holds soft peak shapes.
Quick Tips:
- Add flavor to whipped cream by adding extracts, liqueurs, or spices etc. just add them with the sugar in step 3.
- Always make whipped cream in advance, cool it in refrigerator and later use.
- Leftover whipped cream can be refrigerated covered for few days.
