Whipped cream with Cream Cheese Frosting



"This frosting is unbelievably delicious. This frosting is a little variation done with regular vanilla whipped cream frosting. Cream cheese in this frosting helps to pipe in delicate designs in a very smooth and swirly way. Other than buttercream frosting this frosting is a good option for decorating a cake on your special occasion."

Ingredients:
1.
Heavy Whipping Cream
400 ml /2 cups
2.
Cream cheese, softened
2 Oz
3.
Powdered Sugar
8 Tbsp./ ½ cup
4.
Vanilla Essence
1 Tbsp.

  1. Place the cream cheese in bowl and softened it with using spatula. keep aside.
  2. In a big bowl pour the heavy whipping cream  and whisk on medium-high speed until it just starts to thicken. 
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix using spatula.
  4. Slow the speed down to medium and gradually pour in the sugar and vanilla essence, continue to whisk until soft peaks form.
  5. Your cream is done when it holds soft peak shapes.
Quick Tips:
  1. Add flavor to whipped cream by adding extracts, liqueurs, or spices etc. just add them with the sugar in step 3.
  2. Always make whipped cream in advance, cool it in refrigerator and later use.
  3. Leftover whipped cream can be refrigerated covered for few days.
