Chili Sesame Chutney/Sauce



"Chili sesame chutney is a creamy, spicy, tangy and rich flavored preparation generally served with Momo or dumpling. This recipe is mild in taste than red chili- garlic chutney. Proportion of sesame can be altered as per your requirement. More sesame means milder the taste."

Ingredients

1.
White sesame, roasted
2 Tbsp.

Whole red chilies, soaked
3 pc
3.
Garlic, cloves
4-5 pc
4.
Tomatoes, chopped
1 large pc
5.
Ginger
½ inch
6.
Salt
To Taste

  1. Soak whole red chili overnight or for 2-3 hours in warm water.
  2. Roast white sesame and keep aside to cool down
  3. Take all the ingredients and grind them to a smooth paste.
  4. Serve with immediately or store refrigerated. This chutney taste best when served with Momos or with many more Indian recipes.
