- Soak whole red chili overnight or for 2-3 hours in warm water.
- Grind all the ingredients except oil and cumin seeds to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and when cumin starts sizzling add the chili garlic paste, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with immediately or store refrigerated. This chutney taste best when served with Momos or with many more Indian recipes.
