Avocado Mango Salsa

Ingredients

Ripe Mango, peeled, pitted and diced
1 pc

Avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1 pc
3.
Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 small/ ½ cup
4.
Onion, finely chopped
1 small/ ½ cup
5.
Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 pc/1Tbsp.
6.
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3 Tbsp.
7.
Lime juice
2-3 Tbsp.
8.
Salt (I used sea salt)
To taste

  1. In a mixing bowl toss together mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
  2. Gently fold in diced avocado, lime juice and season with salt.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or as side dish.
