Fresh Pineapple Salsa

"Summertime-time for bright colors and bright flavors! This pineapple salsa recipe for sure serves your  purpose. This fresh Pineapple tropical tasting salsa has a delicious combination of sweet and spicy flavors. Serve fresh with tortilla chips or spoon over tacos. For the great flavor, make at least 20 minutes ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend in."

Fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
2 cups
Red bell pepper, seeded and diced n
1  cup
Sweet onion/white onion
¾  cup
Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 pc
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
¼ cup
Lime juice
To taste
Garlic clove, minced or pressed
½ Tsp.
Salt (I used sea salt)
To taste

  1. In a mixing bowl toss together pineapple, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime to taste and season with salt.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. Serve with tortilla chips or as any Mexican side dish.
