Mango Lemonade

Ingredients

1.
Ripe mango,  peeled & pit removed
1 pc
2.
Lemon juice
¼  cup
3.
Sugar/agave or any choice of sweetener
¼ cup
4.
Water/sparkling water
3 cup
5.
Rose syrup (optional)
For serving
6.
Mint leaves
For garnishing


Step By Step Instruction: [Hide Images]

  1. Peel and chunk mango. 
  2. In a blender pour in chunked mango with ½ cup of water and puree until smooth. Strain if required.
  3. Pour in  lemon juice & sugar; stir until combined.
  4. Add remaining 2 ½ cup of water stir to combine. 
  5. In a tall glass pour few drops of rose syrup, add ice and pour lemonade.
