Mango Lemonade

Mango has tons of Vitamins, specifically A & C along with E, K and B6. Mango combined with lemon makes the perfect refreshing summer drink. This wonderful health punch is going to keep you cool, refreshing and energized this summer. Make it before hand for parties and serve chilled.  This mango season give this mango flavored lemonade a try, and enjoy!!!

Ripe mango,  peeled & pit removed
1 pc
Lemon juice
¼  cup
Sugar/agave or any choice of sweetener
¼ cup
Water/sparkling water
3 cup
Rose syrup (optional)
For serving
Mint leaves
For garnishing

Step By Step Instruction: [Hide Images]

  1. Peel and chunk mango. 
  2. In a blender pour in chunked mango with ½ cup of water and puree until smooth. Strain if required.
  3. Pour in  lemon juice & sugar; stir until combined.
  4. Add remaining 2 ½ cup of water stir to combine. 
  5. In a tall glass pour few drops of rose syrup, add ice and pour lemonade.
