Christmas is all most here!!! It’s a time for celebration, greetings and yummy food. This easy Rice Krispies Christmas Trees is a very simple kid’s friendly recipe made with just 5 ingredients. And Bonus!!! They are very easy to make, relatively neat and can be your last minute holiday treat/school treat if you are busy and running out of the time. Kids are going totally love these cuties.

Ingredients

used 8 pc coffee stirrer cut into half )

Step By Step Instruction: [Hide Images]
- Grease 10 x 15 x 1 inch tray and keep aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the Vegan marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted.
- Add enough food color to make mixture dark green as it will lighten when cereal is added. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and add rice puff/Rice Krispies.
- Stir constantly until everything is incorporated well.
- Spread the mixture on greased tray using buttered spatula/wax paper or with greased hands and press evenly.
- Immediately sprinkle the sprinklers.
- Allow to set about 20 minutes.
- Cut horizontally into 5”x 3 rows. Then cut each row into triangles, you will get 6 scraps leftover, 2 from each row.
- Insert the coffee stirrer carefully.
- These cute festive tree treats are ready to serve.
- Best if served the same day.
Quick Tips
- You have to be very quick and get everything handy before going on the flame. As marshmallow cool down very rapidly.
- To make these cute trees, press the mixture a little more firmly to get even texture and shape.
