Masala Peanuts

Peanuts
½ cup

Oil
1 Tbsp.
3.
Red chili powder
¼ Tsp.
4.
Turmeric powder
A generous pinch
5.
Mango powder/Amchur
¼ Tsp.
6.
Black salt
¼ Tsp.
7.
Salt
To taste.

  1. Add oil in a wide pan and add peanuts to it. Roast peanuts till golden brown and crispy.
  2. Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit. Next add in remaining dry masalas and mix well.
  3. Masala peanuts are ready to serve.
