"Today I bring you recipe which I learned from my mother in-law.  A recipe with a twist yet very simple and can be easily prepared with ingredients found in every Indian kitchen. Maggi is one of the very popular instant noodles, every one favorite and comfort dish. So, with the twist we are going to make Maggi and Paneer Pakoda today. Chur Chur Naan/Amritsari Kulcha

"Chur Chur Naan or Amritsari Kulcha is one of the very popular recipe form Punjabi, Indian cuisine. Naan is an oven baked flatbread served with varieties of curries or lentils. Chur Chur Naan is one of must have variety of Naan, which is more crispy, fluffy and flaky than regular Naan. Chur Chur Naan is almost like stuffed Parantha but have more layers to it. Stuffing can vary depending upon personal preferences. Today we will be making Chur Chur Naan with Potato & Paneer stuffing seasoned with few Indian spices. Traditionally Naan is prepared in Tandoor but you can make it on Tawa/Griddle too like I did."

Rajasthani Gatta Pulao

"Rajasthani Gatta Pulao – Sharing one more recipe from Rajasthani cuisine. Rajasthani cuisine has its own unique way of cooking with very simple and basic ingredients. Rajasthani recipes are full of flavor and aroma. Ingredients used in Rajasthani recipes are very influenced by its dry and harsh weather and the non-availability of fresh vegetable throughout the year. One of these ingredients is Besan or Bengal gram flour, easily available and used in plenty of Rajasthani dishes. Gattas are small boiled/steamed dumplings, made with Besan as a key ingredient. This recipe is savory rice preparation without using much of green vegetable. Instead we will be adding ‘Besan Gattas’, dry fruits and spices for this recipe.
