Methi & Peanut Curry- Methi greens or fresh fenugreek leaves are very healthy and good source of various nutrition. Methi leaves are treasure full of various vitamins, calcium and antioxidants. On other hand peanut are very good source of protein, iron, magnesium etc. Methi & Peanut curry combo is not only healthy but very yummy too. I learned this recipe from a very dear friend of mine who is very fond of cooking and an excellent cook herself. When I made this recipe for the first time, it became my family favorite immediately. Palak & Moong Daal Wraps: If you are Tik-tok fan, you know what I am taking about. This recipe is a healthy cum yummy twist to regular chillas served in wrap style. Chillas are very popular street food of India. Chillas are round crepes made with varieties of lentils and flours. Moong daal is very healthy, low in fat, full of protein and a very good option for Diabetics. It is gluten-free and low on glycemic index as well. This recipe makes great breakfast, delicious snack, perfect for quick meal and even perfect for lunch boxes. And adding palak to this recipe makes it healthier and even more colorful. This recipe is kids friendly too, just skip green chilies and hot sauce. Serve hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Sauce. Eat healthy and Enjoy!!!

Palak Chaat Recipe- Chaats are specialty of Indian cuisine. Crispy-crunchy, sweet, spicy, tangy, so many flavors and textures melting in your mouth. Palak pakora chaat unlike other chaats is deep fried palak pakoda, topped with sweet-sour-tangy chaat ingredients. This recipe is very easy and simple, few tips and pre-planning make this easier and more perfect. To save time make chutneys beforehand. Try to use fresh and moisture free palak/spinach leaves to make pakoras. For this chaat each spinach leaf is coated with besan batter and fried. Make medium consistency batter so that each leaf is just coated well and stay crunchy for longer time. Thick batter makes pakodas soggy and soft. Arrange the chaat platter just right before serving. Pickled Jalapeño

Pickled jalapenos- A very simple recipe, go very well with Mexican dishes, as a pizza topping, with wraps, with burger, list is endless. I am a very big fan of these crunchy, sweet, tangy and spicy jalapenos, which actually need just 10 minutes to prepare. Isn’t that great? I have been eating store bought jalapenos until I tired this recipe. I promise you will also never go back to jarred jalapenos again once you try these making at home. These jalapenos are so much better and healthier as they do not contain preservatives and artificial color. You can adjust the amount of sugar as per your taste but remember longer these are left refrigerated, the sweeter they become.
